• Repayment Terms: A monthly bill is generated with the option to convert it into EMIs ranging from 3 to 15 months. Alternatively, bills can be paid in full without any interest charges by the due date. Loan repayment terms stretch from 3 to 15 months.
• Annual Percentage Rate (APR): The APR varies from 18% to 70%, with the specific rate displayed in the app during EMI conversion or loan acquisition. APR will differ based on the EMI tenure.

• User-chosen Amount: ₹1,00,000
• Tenure: 12 months
• Interest Rate: 18% per annum (reducing)
• Processing Fees: 2.5%
• Repayment Amount: ₹1,11,196
• Total Interest Payable: ₹11,196
• Total Cost of the Loan: Interest Amount + Processing Fees = ₹13,695
• APR: 24.8%

To demonstrate EMI conversion:

• Amount converted into EMI: ₹1,00,000
• Tenure: 6 months
• Interest Rate (APR): 18% per year
• Repayment Amount: ₹1,09,000
• Total Interest Payable: ₹9,000
• Total Cost of the Loan: Interest Amount = Processing Fees = ₹9,000

Note on Permissions: Following NPCI guidelines, SIM binding is obligatory for UPI payment applications to facilitate OTP auto-population using SMS for authentication during NPCI transactions.
